EDITION #1
RONAN GORON
Ronan Goron creates homespun psychedelic pop music with a dreamlike blend of electronic and organic textures. His work incorporates vintage synthesizer tones, echoing vocal harmonies, hypnotic percussion and digitally treated field recordings, to express themes of nostalgia and longing. His new album ‘The Pattern in Your Eye’ sees Ronan navigate blended memories and familiar images into a surreal half-rock/half-ambient soundscape.
COLLECT CALL
Collect Call is a dream pop project hailing from the vibrant coastal city of Brighton, England led by multi instrumentalist Joseph Thorpe.
Collect Call’s music has a dreamlike quality, blending elements of shoegaze, indie rock, and pop to create a sound that is both romantic and otherworldly.
“Collect Call is a balm for our trouble times” – Undercurrent Magazine
“The electronic dream pop produced by Collect Call is sweet, thoughtful and quirky” – God is in the TV
SUNTRAP
Their sound is an unlikely encounter between the Las Vegas Strip and the Autobahn, as the sequins of Elvis’ suit reflect into Kraftwerk’s control room, melodies brimming with luminous arpeggiators and a warm crooner undertone, inviting the listener to oscillate between shadow and light.
Suntrap is the project that brings together Marti Canales (Marvin de la Croix), Barcelona artist and producer and the driving force behind Studio La Bum in Gracia, and Jamie Taylor: hailing from South East London’s scene. Beyond music, the English artist’s background in sound and kinetic installation art is transcended into the duo’s live show, where the stage concept becomes an essential part of the SUNTRAP universe.
